Hi everyone,
The Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board is proud to announce the launch of a new book, which documents and celebrates the rich history of Catholic Education at our board. A History of the Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board and Its Predecessor Separate School Boards, authored by renowned historian Dr. Robert T. Dixon, examines the struggles and successes of “our” collective stories in Simcoe, Muskoka and Parry Sound.
We would like to invite all members of our SMCDSB community to join us in celebration of the wonderful history and stories that have brought our board to where it is today. Please see the event details below.

What: A celebration of Eucharist followed by remarks, commissioning and reception.
Books will be available for purchase during the event for $20.00 each.
